Construction is progressing at the Warren CAT Oklahoma City Power Systems Division facility. The new facility includes a production and overhaul building, a paint and wash building, and a sandblast building. The production and overhaul building features approximately 14,000 square feet of office space in addition to the 61,700 square feet PSD area, 7,100 square feet parts storage area, and 18,900 square feet fracking shop area. The paint and wash building is comprised of an approximately 5,380 square feet paint booth and an approximately 2,730 square feet wash bay. The sandblast building provides approximately 3,000 square feet of space for sandblasting operations.

- ISOLATED CONCRETE GRADE BEAMS
- CONVENTIONAL STEEL FRAMING
- METAL BUILDING FRAMING
- PRESTRESSED CONCRETE WALLS AND SLABS
- LOAD BEARING MASONRY
Construction is expected to finish in the summer of 2019.
